ATF Journal Shu'un Tanmawyyeh

The quarterly Journal of Shu un Tanmawiyyeh (Development Affairs) is published by ATF in Jerusalem to promote awareness on different Palestinian issues of public interest. Eight Volumes, consisting of 31 issues have been published to date. These cover a wide spectrum of socio-economic topics including: water, agriculture, industry, housing, tourism, infrastructure, finance,management and the future of Jerusalem. Since 1997, the Journal started most specifically to focus on democracy issues. By publishing the quarterly report of Democratic Formation in Palestine , the journal monitors and analyzes the democratic process as viewed by politicians and their public. Each issue became to feature a unique blend of analysis, insights and reports on democratic activities prepared by prominent activists, scholars and high ranking politicians.

The only Palestinian Development and democracy journal, Shu un Tanmawiyyeh has become, since the release of its first issue in 1988, an influential forum for scholarly analysis and a source often cited by researchers, academics and development planners.
